Some of the thinks I have thunk
I was enjoying watching the fruits of my labor, seeing a young boy become bar mitzvah after undergoing a year of training. He read well, he spoke well, I could see that this was not just the boy I had been teaching but a new energy. A spirit of manhood had permeated his gait. And it dawned on me, a secret lesson from the Bar Mitzvah thing.
A REAL shift in mindset doesn't require physical change. Look at this tiny 13 year old "kid". We tell him: You're a man. Now he's a man. It's that easy. The role of preparation, it builds momentum and cements the beliefs that formulate at the time of transformation. The power of how you perceive being seen by the eyes of your community The power of celebration and it's ability to spin an experience. The power of belief and feeling certain.
